What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases everything linked to it from our systems:

  • Your account, name and email address
  • Your profile: sex, date of birth, height, activity level, diet and units
  • Your goals and calorie and macro targets
  • Your food diary, custom foods and recipes
  • Your weight history
  • Your AI search history
  • Your Sign in with Apple and Google connections

Good to know

  • Deletion can’t be undone. Once your account is deleted, we can’t recover it or any of its data.
  • You’re signed out everywhere. The account stops working on every device straight away.
  • Uninstalling isn’t the same as deleting. Removing the app from your phone doesn’t delete your account. Use one of the options above.
  • Apple and Google sign-in. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke TrackMyCalorie’s access to your Apple account.
  • Health data stays in Health. Steps and active calories are never stored on our servers. To stop sharing them, turn off access in the Health app or in Health Connect.
  • Backups. Copies may remain in encrypted backups for a short time until they’re replaced, and we may keep limited information where the law requires it.
  • You can come back. You can sign up again with the same email at any time, starting fresh.
